Pulling the Jurassic Card

With all there is to do in Los Angeles, some of the attractions are bound to be ignored. For all you college students who are getting sick of going to the same bars and house parties over and over again, all you parents who are having trouble containing your children inside the house now that summer’s in the air, and all you couples itching for new ideas on where to take your boo on a date, WadidoLA has the answer: museums!

Museums in LA are often overshadowed by flashier attractions, but there’s truth in the statement that sometimes what’s tried-and-true is best. The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles is just a short walk from the University of Southern California’s campus, and is free to all USC students! The Getty Museum possesses Western Art from the Middle Ages to the present, and The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is on chic Wilshire Boulevard. If you’re looking for more unusual museums, as always, LA delivers! Visit The Grammy Museum, The Museum of Neon Art, or the California Science Center, located in Exposition Park, conveniently close to downtown.

This weekend, instead of going to the same restaurants, the same movie theaters, and the same nightclubs, spend the day at the museum, pull the Jurassic Card!
