I like to think I'm a fitness fanatic of sorts. For sure I'm a fitness professional...my resume reads "Certified Group Exercise Instructor/Certified Personal Trainer/National NPC Figure Competitor". I'd say I'm knowledgeable in the whole fitness world. I love it, I live it, I breathe it.Everyone has their own reasons to exercise. Of course, reason #1 for me is health. I want to be able to live a long, large life. But, aside from health reasons, I exercise because of the results I get from it. Who doesn't want a tight butt 'n abs of steel? So, even on my worst days, I'll force myself out of bed and into the gym because it'll all be worth it in the end.
I'd say I take the workout thing to the extreme, though, only because of the lifestyle of a competitor I have to follow. I crash diet. I overtrain. I'm always sore. Some people think I'm crazy..and I don't disagree at all. I've gotta be missin' screws when I think back to all the crazy things I've done in the past few years just to get to that stage.
Surely someone out there relates. I'm positive there are several ladies "missin screws", out there on a treadmill, sweating their life away.
