Supergirl: Molly McAleer

Molly McAleer is a real life Supergirl! Only 27 years old, living in LA, Molly is an accomplished blogger, writer, and entrepreneur. Molly spent the past five years developing and writing her blog, MollsSheWrote!, and then was offered a writer's position for the CBS sitcom Two Broke Girls, which debuts this September. She explains, "I blogged forever and made very little money at it. I've always had a passion for telling stories and jokes and have always wanted people to read my writing. When the opportunity to write for Two Broke Girls came up, it seemed like the perfect show for me to work on, so I went for it." Her favorite part of the job has become the writer's room, because she has a blast with the the incredibly smart and funny people she works with. WadidoLA can't wait to tune into Two Broke Girls' season debut!

Not only a talented writer, Molly is also an entrepreneur. She co-founded HelloGiggles.com after she and her friends Sophia Rossi and Zooey Deschanel came up with the idea. HelloGiggles.com is a one-stop entertainment destination for creative women and the men who love them. HelloGiggles.com specializes in nostalgia and advice pieces, as well as tips and tricks on how to improve your home, parties, and wardrobe. With a lighthearted and comedic twist, this site is a great place to go for a "giggle or two". Besides founding a website, Molly also creates a line of witty t-shirts called "4Daze". A few years back, she took up making iron-on t-shirts as a hobby to beat boredom and planned to give them out as Christmas gifts. However, readers on her blog started asking her if they could buy them. A t-shirt designer in North Carolina also noticed the potential, and reached out to her. They started working together, and now she sends him ideas and designs for the t-shirts. Check out the shirts here.

When asked how she juggles everything she's involved in, Molly admits that she's tired. She shows no signs of slowing down, though, in that she wants to work creatively forever and hopes to accomplish, in her own words, "a lot" in the future. With her creativity and wit, we'd expect no less. Follow Molly on Twitter so you can keep up with everything she does.
