Street Fight: Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz

I want to know, when did boxing turn into street fighting? That Mayweather vs Ortiz fight was absolutely ridiculous and I am not impressed nor am I the least bit satisfied. Head butting and cheap shots? Call it what you want, but the referee wasn't even looking at blows that sent Ortiz to the ground.

I am disappointed in both of them. If you are a true champ you aren't satisfied with winning on a cheap shot. What irks me the most is Floyd was [winning]! He didn't have to do that. He would have received a lot more respect for finishing the fight fairly and letting Ortiz look like an a#%. All I'm saying is I want a rematch. After the rematch Mayweather, come let Manny Pacquiao end that pretty little undefeated reputation of yours before you retire.

If I'm wrong for wanting a good clean fight, let me know! The attitude, the swagger, the lack of respect I'm sick of all of it. Maybe thats what is wrong with boxing. Money driven cocky men who have no respect for anyone let alone the sport of Boxing. My one hope is that after the Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight, if it ever does occur, that the game of boxing see's a dramatic increase in quality and humility.
