This 20 year old Malibu surfer is always on the go and out the door pushing her dreams forward on a daily basis, Mashie's recent work include a Target commercial, Doritos commercial and she has a few more commercial projects lined up. Mashie has also appeared in a few independent films including Aerial Girl and many more. She expressed to us that her mission this year is to land a lead role in an upcoming feature film.
Coming from an Armenian/Russian family and having a tremendous amount of relatives in Spain, rightfully so, Mashie speaks Russian, Armenian, Spanish , English and is currently learning Italian. Mashie also engages in an amazing amount of service for her community, when we asked her about it she was reluctant to go into detail about it. She said that what she does shouldn't be considered "community service", or stigmatized by the "goodie-goodie" thing to do. Mashie went on to elaborate how helping out/volunteering your time is what counts, "This is what matters!". Currently, she is taking a few acting workshops and is training for a role for a an upcoming kickboxing film. Mashie lives by one mantra; "Gods delays are not Gods denials" and she is excited to continue her journey to future success.

ReplyDeleteMashie is always on the go--between her acting gigs, photo shoots, athletic adventures, and her intense Pepperdine schoolwork, it's no wonder her nickname is "Mashie To-Go!" But despite her busy schedule, she still somehow finds time to help others around her. After working at a charity event all night last night, she woke up early this morning to run the 26.2-mile LA Marathon, which she completed in only five hours. I honestly don't know how she does it all... but I do know her passion, drive, and sweet disposition are definitely going to take her far in life! :) - Brooke D.

ReplyDeleteI worked with Mashie Mash on an infomercial that I was hosting and her energy was evident the second she walked in the room. She has a gift from God that allows her to make other peoples lives better just by her smile and gentile way. That is the greatest gift/talent ANYONE could ever be given. Her beauty on the outside is obviously nowhere near her beauty on the inside and even though I only met her once, I can say with total confidence that her inner beauty is what she wants people to see. Mashie is an absolutely wonderful girl. She's so full of life. Wherever she goes, she shines. She's a remarkable young women who has come a long way with hard work and perseverance. You really do not find many people out there like her. She has the whole package. She's a true LA girl.

ReplyDeleteI go to Mashie's gym. She works out hard, and stays so consistent with her workouts to stay fit. Every time I see her she has a big smile on her face, just showing how much she enjoys life. You won't find a more kind girl than Mashie.
