WadidoLA: #LAgirl: Stasiya Maria

Meet Stasiya! Born in Kazan, Russia, Stasiya began runway modeling at age four with her mother. She later moved to the States, where she earned a Bachelors of Business with a concentration in Advertising & Promotion from Western Michigan University. Since college, she has worked in fashion, marketing, and events. She has modeled for brands such as L'Oreal, Antik Denim, Kami Shade, SpeedTv, and represented companies like Harley Davidson and Coca-Cola, just to name a few. In 2010, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she became a corporate fit model for Arden B. She is currently broadening her experience and pursuing a career in the brand marketing industry.

What's helped with her success so far is her many personalities. Success is her biggest motivation, and she can't help being confident and proud of what she's already accomplished! Stasiya's future ambitions include exploring and traveling the rest of the world before she eventually becomes a Creative Brand Director or star of a hit sitcom!

In her free time, Stasiya likes to stay fit, and she enjoys yoga, boxing, dancing, and weight lifting. She's a self-confessed health junkie with a sweet tooth too! She loves researching health topics and keeping up to date with the latest discoveries in the field. Above all, though, is her desire to make her family proud.
