Freya Estreller and Natasha Case, two ambitious 20-something year old's started the Coolhaus ice-cream sandwich brand. You've probably already seen them on the streets of LA in their pink and silver postal-jeep-turned-ice-cream-truck. If you haven't yet tried the goodies they offer, it's homemade, all-natural, creamy ice-cream between two home-baked cookies. Their different flavors boast unique names, like the Mintimalism (chocolate cookie and mint chip ice-cream) and Mies Vanilla Rohe (Chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice-cream). Plus, you can mix and match the different cookies and ice-cream flavors to create your own perfect sandwich.
