X Games 17 is looking like it'll be the best one yet! Why? Because it's being hosted in Los Angeles! The X Games 17 are being held July 28th-31st, and will center around the Staples Center as the main venue. For all of you out there who aren't too familiar with the X Games, it's an event in which athletes from all over the world participate in exciting competition across a variety of sports: skateboarding, motocross, BMX, and rally car racing.
The Staples Center will host the Moto X Step Up, Moto X Best Trick, Moto X Best Whip, Moto X Fresstyle, Moto X Racing, Moto X Enduro, and Moto X Speed and Style. The Nokia Theatre L.A. Live will host the BMX Vert and Skateboard Vert, while the Event Deck at L.A. Live willbe home to BMX Freestyle Park, Skateboard Street Men's and Women's, Skateboard Game of SK8, Skateboard Park Men's, and BMX Freestyle Street. Lot 7 will host the Skateboard Big Air, BMX Big Air, RallyCross, and Rally Car Racing.
Tickets can be purchased for individual events, starting at just $5, or in a package deal, so it's convenient for you. No matter what's on your schedule during these couple of days, though, you're not going to want to miss out on the excitement of the Games!
