Popular rapper, and LA native, The Game, is in a heap of trouble over a Tweet he may or may not be responsible for. The Tweet in question, was sent from The Game's official Twitter account last night, and told fans if they wanted an internship with him, to call the following number. Problem was, the number was for the Compton Police Station, and due to an influx of calls from many excited fans (he has over 580,000 followers), emergency phone lines were tied up for two hours.
The Game then tweeted the Los Angeles Times, after they published a blog article the controversy, and denied he sent the tweet. However, The Game then later tweeted, implying that it was an "accident". The Game, or whoever sent the tweet, is now facing criminal charges, because the phone tie-up compromised public safety. What do you think, did The Game send the tweet, or was his Twitter hacked?
