Lakers Eye Mike Brown

by Kelly Ouji
The Los Angeles Lakers still on the hunt for head coach in replacement to Phil Jackson are now considering adding Mike Brown, former Cleveland Cavaliers head coach, now working as analyst for ESPN, to their candidates list along with former Houston Rockets head coach Rick Adelman, ex Los Angels Clippers coach Mike Duleavy, and Lakers assistant coach Brian Shaw. Sources say that Brown is expected to be interviewing with the Lakers very soon. In Cleveland, Brown made one trip to the NBA Finals in 2007 and won NBA Coach of the Year honors in 2009 before his dismissal. If you ask me, he’s not the guy for Los Angels Lakers. However, ESPN.com reported last week that the Lakers are very interested in Rick Adelman. It seems to be a very tough decision for the team to replace the amazing Phil Jackson. I will keep you guys updated with more information!
