#LAgirl: Asia Dee
Meet Asia Dee. She's a 19 year old model, born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. Currently under contract with American Apparel, Koshka and Pink Ice to name a few and has recently starred in Schoolboy Q's "Nightmare on Figg Street" video. Asia has plans of launching her own clothing line later in the year. Asia also plans to, at some point, travel the world, work for high fashion designers and be apart of major fashion week shows. She even has hopes of opening an agency of her own somewhere down the line. With what we've seen so far, we definitely think she can do it. The sky is the limit with Asia Dee.

TCU Drug Bust
College is the time where you build some of your greatest memories. You create relationships that last a lifetime based off classes and social and sporting events. Most of these events are centered around the activity of consuming large amounts of alcohol and/or doing drugs. This may seem harmless most of the time, but students forget the repercussions of participating in illegal actions. The frontal lobe, responsible for a person's decision making and problem-solving, is not fully developed until the mid-20s. Therefore, young adults are sometimes unable to make rational decisions.

Rant: The Help
The Help.
In the past three weeks, I have watched The Help at least seven times. It is easily one of my favorite movies. Not only does it combine the south and the sixties, but the lesson is amazing.

Visual Genius: Demetrius Thomas
Got word of our friend Demetrius Thomas' interview for his work that he's been doing behind the camera. Like most directors he likes to let his art do the talking, however this interview is definitely worth giving a look.

Remembering Whitney Houston
The world was shocked when news surfaced that the great, Whitney Houston, passed away Saturday morning in a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She was only 48. Houston was set to preform there at the pre-Grammy party hosted by music mogul Clive Davis. The cause of death is still unknown.

Valentine's Day: What's not to love?
When it comes to the 14th of February, or St. Valentine’s Day, as it is more fondly known, there are usually two distinct perspectives that are played out.
Firstly, you’ve got those who are coupled up and proceed to utilize such a day to illustrate the immeasurable. That is, these pairings engage in proving their love for one another in the form of flowers, chocolates, furry animals adorned in love messages and various other materialistic tendencies.
Secondly, you’ve got the ‘singledooms’, the alternative perspective that I’ve affectionately dubbed. These ‘singledooms’ are mainly identified preceding St. Valentine’s Day and are probably overheard exclaiming such remarks as ‘it’s such a stupid day! I don’t believe in it!’ or ‘I hate Valentine’s Day!’ whilst simultaneously harnessing a single status.

Kobe vs. Jordan
Wether you love or hate him, there’s only one other player that can realistically be compared to Michael Jordan: Kobe Bryant. And that opinion is from Jordan himself.
Ever since Michael Jordan has retired, many have tried to find the hier to his throne. From Harold Miner to Jerry Stackhouse to Vince Carter even, many players have became pretenders to that throne.
